This notice describes how the NOVA Workforce project and brand ("NOVA", "we", "us") handle information when you visit novaworkforce.online, contact us, or interact with the current public website. NOVA is an early-stage product project. This notice is a practical description of the current site, not a representation that all planned product systems are live.

If you contact us by email or use the early-access form, you may provide your name, work email, company, role and a description of a workflow. The current early-access form opens a pre-filled email draft. The website does not submit that draft automatically; you choose whether to send it from your email app.

3. Technical information

The hosting and network providers used to deliver the website may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and security events as part of normal hosting and abuse prevention. We do not intentionally add advertising trackers or analytics pixels to this version of the website.

4. How information is used

Information you send may be used to respond to your enquiry, evaluate early-access interest, understand requested workflows, maintain business correspondence, protect the website and comply with applicable law.
