Terms and Conditions
Terms for visiting the NOVA Workforce website and using its current preview.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to novaworkforce.online and the public workflow preview operated under the NOVA Workforce project and brand ("NOVA", "we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Early-stage product
NOVA is in development. Website content describes a product concept and the current preview. Features, integrations, availability, limits and prices may change. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the website does not constitute an offer to provide a paid service.
3. AI outputs
Any AI-generated output is a draft for human review. Models may produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated or unsupported statements. A model-reported review is not independent proof of correctness. You are responsible for checking sources, assumptions and material decisions before use.
4. No professional advice
The website and preview do not provide legal, accounting, financial, medical, agricultural or other regulated professional advice. Seek qualified professional advice when appropriate.
5. Permitted use
You must not use the website to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with services, impersonate another person or abuse contact channels. Do not upload information that you are not authorised to share.
6. Third-party services
The website may rely on hosting, domain, security, email, AI model or other third-party providers. Those providers may have their own terms and policies. Integrations are not connected by default, and NOVA does not control services outside its control.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's NOVA branding, design and original text are owned by NOVA or used with permission. You may not copy or redistribute protected material except as permitted by law or with written permission. You retain rights to information you provide.
8. Availability and changes
The website is provided on an early-stage basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue content or functionality. We do not promise continuous availability, error-free operation or any particular outcome.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, NOVA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this early-stage website or reliance on generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and post the revised version here. Questions can be sent to hello@novaworkforce.online.
